Hemp seed oil is one of our Favorite Discoveries!

Where to start other than to say that hemp seed oil delivers truly incredible results to your skin. I had a bad burn on my arm about a week ago and used my rescue and balm and the burnt skin peeled of after a week and I was left with no mark just clear brown skin.

Here is  the reason why hemp seed oil works so well on skin.

Believed to be the most unsaturated plant-derived oil, boasting 75-80% polyunsaturated fats (the “good” fats) and 9-11% saturated fats (I won’t call them “bad” but they’re the fats you might want to limit).

Contains the perfect ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids, determined to be the ideal ratio for healthy human nutrition (one tablespoon taken daily contains the perfect amount of EFA’s for healthy brain function).

Similar in composition to the lipid layer of our skin, these Omega 3’s and 6’s also help skin regenerate, making hemp oil ideal as a moisturizer for hair and skin.

Only edible seed that contains gamma-linolenic acid, which is converted by the body into prostaglandin PGE1, which regulates hormonal function.

Our hemp seed oil is cold pressed and a Product from Canada.

We therefore support the legalization of  the growing of the hemp plant for industrial and medicinal use in South Africa.

As your skin deserves the type of oil that is so close to it's own lipids to heal it from the inside out.
